Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong grasp of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales, including cold-calling and lead generation.
  • Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from discovery calls and needs analysis to product demonstrations and closing.
  • 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to build lasting client relationships based on trust and value.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling to small businesses (health and wellness sector an asset).
  • Highly organized, driven, and adaptable: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing, positioning WellnessLiving as a strategic solution to support customers’ business growth.
  • Engage with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into active, loyal customers.
  • Drive outbound sales efforts by initiating cold outreach to identify and build new business opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and ROI of our SaaS platform.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving product adoption, utilization, and satisfaction across assigned accounts.
  • Represent WellnessLiving with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring real-time visibility into progress and forecasts.
