About The Position

The Account Executive role is for a tenacious, self-driven professional with the fortitude to build a territory in the emergency communication industry. The company provides critical communications services to help people in distress, with a primary client base including commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers. They design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor emergency phones, with their Emergency Dispatch Center providing 24/7/365 service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience or related.
  • Resilience to build a market and a proven track record in B2B full-cycle sales.
  • Strategic thinking with experience in a sales methodology (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
  • A professional, positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges and changes.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and competitive nature.
  • A working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Proactive communication skills, to open doors and engage potential clients in person and over the phone.
  • Assertiveness and persuasive skills, with the ability to guide prospects through the sales funnel to a successful close.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass an MVR check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with or selling to property management companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and inform prospects on how Kings III’s turnkey emergency monitoring and code-compliant video solutions provide peace of mind and regulatory compliance.
  • Forge new paths, achieving territory success through proactive prospecting, creating at least 30 new sale opportunities per month.
  • Engage with 20-25 prospects weekly, blending efforts across direct prospecting, partner relationships, and networking events.
  • Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging both in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate leads and opportunities.
  • Dedicate a high percentage of time (50% or more) to in-person prospecting through door knocking, community and association events, tradeshows, and more.
  • Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring no opportunity is left unturned.
  • Embrace a disciplined, repeatable sales process, and consistently enhance skills and industry knowledge.
