We’re expanding our sales team in New York City and looking for an Account Executive to lead our efforts in the US market. In this role, you’ll drive strategic growth, identify and secure new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping our presence in this market while contributing to significant revenue growth as part of a dynamic and collaborative sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years of on-quota SaaS B2B sales experience as an Account Executive (or equivalent) in a competitive market.
  • Market Expertise: Proven success in exceeding sales targets within high-growth environments.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outbound & Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to source new opportunities through outbound efforts while effectively managing a high volume of leads.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in cloud security or compliance products is a strong advantage.
  • Process-Oriented Approach: Organized and methodical in managing the sales cycle and handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Sales Stack Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tech tools, including HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaboration: A team player with experience working across rapidly expanding, cross-functional environments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup settings.
  • Relationship Building: Strong energy, transparency, and skills in fostering long-term client relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling multi-product offerings.
  • Background in cloud security or compliance products.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies for complex SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities in the US market, focusing on Scytale's InfoSec and compliance SaaS solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, addressing their challenges and aligning Scytale’s offerings with their business needs.
  • Showcase Value: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique benefits and features of Scytale’s platform.
  • Collaborate: Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market feedback and industry trends in the US.
  • Manage Pipeline: Oversee a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring seamless transitions from prospecting to closing.
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals, driving revenue and market expansion.
  • Inform Strategy: Gather insights on customer needs and the competitive landscape to influence product enhancements and strategic planning.
  • Leverage Tools: Utilize HubSpot CRM for accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
