The Account Executive role involves developing new business in the market, strengthening existing customer relationships, and successfully closing business transactions to achieve sales goals. The role requires developing a database of qualified leads, demonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge, selling consultatively, creating effective proposal presentations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The individual is expected to possess a positive 'can do' attitude, accept ownership of actions, define optimal target accounts, and adhere to company policies and core values.
