About The Position

Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Sales Executive in our Toronto office. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will contribute to growing Native Touch’s Advertiser revenue in a fast-paced and exciting environment that will equip you to find, nurture and close leads. In this role you will use a combination of inside and outside sales tactics, paired with your understanding of our mobile first advertising approach and effectively communicate Native Touch’s value proposition to agencies and direct clients. You are a hunter and gatherer who knows the digital advertising space. You look at sales goals as a challenge and always shoot to exceed expectations. In a presentation situation you deliver with passion, know how to tailor your style to the audience and can deal with objections without a sweat. When you close a deal, you understand the importance of managing the process with the team internally, and making sure you are always thinking about the big picture. You love it when your team members succeed and are always willing to help with landing meetings and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous sales experience
  • Prior selling experience of a digital platform across key media agencies or direct clients
  • Proven experience in a relevant sales role with both prospecting and closing experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven networking and relationship building skills
  • Smart, enthusiastic and self-confident
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a high volume of prospecting activities, including cold email outreach and top-of-funnel sales, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Carry out sales presentations and meetings on a frequent basis
  • Constantly monitor the market for new technologies and opportunities and effectively convey customer needs back to other areas of the organization
  • Use consultative sales skills to assess advertiser goals and educate the market offerings offered by Native Touch
  • Exceed individual goals and work towards exceeding expected quotas
  • Professionally detail all sales activity through our sales funnel
