About The Position

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive new business growth for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform serving the insurance industry. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, retention, and expansion. The ideal candidate has proven success selling B2B SaaS solutions in a startup environment, strong discovery and organizational mapping skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with insurance agencies, brokerages, and financial services organizations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle Account Executive at a B2B SaaS startup.
• 4–7 years of overall experience in B2B SaaS sales with demonstrated closing experience.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales process from prospecting through close.
• Strong discovery, consultative selling, and organizational mapping skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently manage and achieve sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in Bryant Park, NYC.

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling to insurance agencies, brokerages, MGAs, or financial services organizations.
• Exposure to insurance, fintech, AI, automation, or related technology markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and industry events.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing, retention, and expansion.
• Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand prospect workflows, challenges, and business needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, brokerages, and other target accounts.
• Partner with Product and internal teams to develop solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Lead negotiations and close new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry events.
• Position AI and automation solutions as strategic tools for improving insurance operations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales documentation.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and expansion.
