As a Marketing Account Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping local businesses succeed by managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and recommending advertising strategies that drive results. About the Role Our Remote Inside Sales / Marketing Account Advisor role is designed for energetic, disciplined sales professionals who thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy balancing customer relationships with new business development. In this role, you'll manage an existing book of business while actively prospecting for new clients. You'll conduct a high volume of outbound outreach, build relationships with business owners, recommend customized advertising solutions, and guide clients through short, transactional sales cycles. Every day brings a blend of prospecting, account management, follow-up, and campaign coordination, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and seeing the direct results of their effort. During your first 90 days, you'll learn LocaliQ's products, sales process, and technology while building strong daily habits around prospecting, client management, and pipeline organization. With ongoing coaching and support, you'll quickly develop the confidence to manage your book of business and consistently achieve your performance goals. Requirements

  • Sales experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, business development, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking with business owners over the phone.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn CRM platforms, sales technology, and multiple internal systems.
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activity, averaging 50+ calls per day.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of advertising clients while identifying opportunities for retention, upselling, and expansion.
  • Prospect for new business through consistent outbound outreach and follow-up.
  • Recommend customized print and digital advertising solutions that align with client goals.
  • Guide clients through short, transactional sales cycles with urgency and accuracy.
  • Process advertising orders, campaign updates, and client requests efficiently.
  • Maintain organized CRM activity, pipeline management, and accurate documentation using Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Balance prospecting, customer communication, administrative work, and campaign management throughout each day.
  • Partner with internal support teams to ensure a positive client experience and successful campaign execution.
