About The Position

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Account Director, the AE is responsible for translating client needs into actionable plans, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive creative briefs that clearly communicate client goals, target audiences, and key messages to internal teams.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Review and approve all deliverables before they are presented to clients, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, maintaining open communication with clients and internal teams.
