About The Position

This office-based Account Executive position at Computershare offers a supportive environment for wellbeing and continuous learning within a friendly and inclusive workplace. The role involves working with new and existing customers, internal fulfilment teams, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to provide tailored solutions for corporate filing, registered agent, and compliance needs. A key responsibility is to grow revenue through relationship management, consultative selling, and leveraging technology-enabled solutions. The Account Executive will manage and expand a client portfolio, close new inbound business, and act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on Computershare Entity Solutions products and services, including online and e-commerce platforms. The role requires balancing accuracy, professionalism, and pace to ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to order completion and ongoing account management. Requirements

  • Demonstrate dependability, professionalism, initiative and motivation, with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Take pride in accuracy, meet commitments, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
  • Relevant industry experience will be strongly considered
  • Industry experience within a client-facing, sales, or professional services environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven sales experience, with confidence in managing inbound sales conversations
  • Comfortable educating clients, building rapport, and developing long-term relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales opportunities and retain client relationships
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and service-focused with a strong commitment to quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses
  • Closing incoming sales opportunities from internal leads, phone enquiries and web-based requests
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional Entity Solutions products and services
  • Maintaining accurate client and order data within internal order management systems
  • Partnering with fulfilment and operational teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes
  • Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and retention goals
  • Supporting client retention, particularly for higher-value accounts
