Requirements
- Confident in-person B2B presentation skills.
- Joining and participating with Local Michigan Chambers and Networking groups.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or the desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Contact South Eastern Michigan businesses in person and enlist them in the program.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue potential.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, offering training and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
