About The Position

The Account Executive - Upsell plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and product adoption within an existing customer base. This fully remote, quota-carrying position focuses on expanding client usage of platform features, unlocking additional value, and strengthening long-term relationships. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while delivering value-led sales conversations. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their business needs, provide training and onboarding on new features, and act as a trusted advisor. Success in this position is measured by your ability to increase product adoption, maximize account revenue, and deliver measurable client impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, upsell, or expansion targets.
  • Ability to manage a commercial pipeline, forecast opportunities, and close deals within an existing customer base.
  • Skilled at consultative, value-led sales conversations and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client retention and account growth.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts, track activity, and report performance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by targets and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and feature adoption.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual expansion targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training to ensure clients fully leverage platform features.
  • Track client activity, success metrics, and product adoption to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and expert guidance.
  • Act as a client advocate, gathering feedback and insights to improve the overall product experience.
  • Provide structured reporting on account performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
