Nashville SC has the largest soccer-specific stadium in Major League Soccer and in 2025 made Tennessee state history by becoming its first professional sports team champion!Position Overview: The Account Executive, Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new revenue through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages for Nashville SC. This role will have a primary focus on full season memberships and premium inventory, while also contributing to group sales and select non-soccer events at GEODIS Park (concerts, international matches, and more). The Account Executive will report directly to the Manager of Ticket Sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related industry, 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for driving results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce and Archtics preferred.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Soccer knowledge a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by selling season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calls, prospecting, networking, and referral generation.
• Conduct a pre-determined number of weekly face-to-face meetings and outbound calls to develop new opportunities.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for all clients, from first touch to post-sale service.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative, high-energy sales team culture.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
