Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with expertise in SMB accounts and consultative selling.
  • Strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and come on-site to our Lexington, MA office.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • New Business: Hunt and secure new SMB clients through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.
  • Account Growth: Develop and expand existing accounts with cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, deliver precise forecasts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to address customer challenges.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Solution Engineers) and channel partners to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Insights & Strategy: Leverage tools like Salesforce and Gong to track performance, refine strategies, and improve customer outcomes.
