About The Position

Solink is seeking a curious and energetic sales professional to join their fast-growing SMB Sales team. This role involves working with major brands in the quick service restaurant, retail, hospitality, and financial sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales prospecting, business development, and selling SaaS as an Account Executive. The position is based in Ottawa, ON or Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work model (Monday-Thursday in office). Solink's mission is to safeguard what matters most by transforming video security into real-time operational insights through a cloud-based platform. Requirements

  • Experience with sales prospecting and business development.
  • Experience as an Account Executive selling SaaS.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (Monday - Thursday in office).
  • Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal records check upon hire.
  • Willingness to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards.
  • Team player with individual drive and a high standard for personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers who would benefit from Solink using a targeted and proactive approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Present Solink’s platform compellingly, addressing each customer’s unique challenges and goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, focusing on quality conversations, pipeline development, and long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, bring energy to the role, and contribute to a positive company culture.
