About The Position

This is a "hunter" role focused on acquiring new business accounts within underserved markets. The Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by supporting their team in acquiring accounts across multiple geographic territories, with the potential to eventually own a territory. The role involves selling T-Mobile's products and services through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation. It requires analyzing customer needs, utilizing solution-based selling techniques, and tailoring recommendations to close business.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proposal Writing: Experience Preparing, Delivering, And Following-Up On Product/Service Proposals And Pricing Quotations.
  • 1+ Years Verifiable New Customer Acquisition Sales Experience, Preferably Within A Commissioned Environment.
  • Task Management: Ability To Work Well In A Dynamic, Fast Changing Environment That Requires A High Degree Of Multi-Tasking.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated Experience Delivering Superior Customer Service And Attention To Detail.
  • Communication: Excellent Interpersonal, Written, And Oral Communication Skills.
  • Negotiation: Effective Negotiating And Closing Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generates leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Identifies customer needs and utilizes solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Recommends wireless solutions including price plans, data, enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
  • Negotiates and closes deals.
  • Works with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participates in training opportunities on products and services and attends sales meetings.
  • Devises creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Fully utilizes all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manages sales funnel and generates reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
