About The Position

Fourlane is seeking an Account Executive to own the commercial execution of services sales opportunities from qualification through close. This role is responsible for driving deal momentum, managing customer engagement throughout the sales cycle, and partnering closely with Services Consultants to ensure successful outcomes. You will serve as the primary commercial owner of services opportunities, ensuring prospects move efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining high-quality client experience. This role combines relationship management, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support the continued growth of Fourlane’s Services organization.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, professional services, consulting, or revenue-adjacent roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Leading services opportunities from qualification through close
  • Participating in prospect discovery, planning, and scoping discussions
  • Collaborating with Services Consultants to position solutions and articulate value
  • Managing customer communications, follow-up activities, and next steps throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity management
  • Driving deal momentum and removing obstacles that may delay decision-making
  • Contributing to quarterly services sales goals and organizational growth initiatives
  • Own services sales opportunities from initial qualification through contract execution. Maintain accountability for deal progression and customer engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Actively drive opportunities forward by coordinating meetings, managing follow-up activities, and ensuring clear next steps are established after every customer interaction.
  • Participate in all prospect planning, discovery, and scoping meetings to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Partner with Services Consultants to communicate business value, address customer concerns, and position Fourlane’s services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, and sales forecasts to support leadership visibility and planning.
  • Work closely with Services Consultants, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment throughout the sales process and successful client onboarding.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism with prospects and clients
  • Consistently manage pipeline activity and CRM accuracy
  • Demonstrate ownership of opportunities and outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices
