Responsibilities

  • Selling the continuum of physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services, and transformational services to dedicated accounts to increase customer lifetime value, profitability, and inoculate competitive threats.
  • Developing a sales pipeline by assessing needs, gaining agreement on a business case, demonstrating unique qualifications, and establishing timeframes for decisions. Expected results: Pipeline is 3:1 over target.
  • Leading sales pursuit teams to construct winning proposals, including quotes, business cases, and justifications for unique qualifications.
  • Presenting proposals to decision-makers, managing objections related to timing, price, and competition, and leading final negotiations to timely go or no-go decisions.
  • Identifying and developing pipeline opportunities specific to assigned markets, including global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, data centers, federal, state, and local governments, and K-12 & higher education. Expected results: Pipeline reflects opportunities in assigned market(s).
  • Collaborating with designers/estimators, sales engineers, subject matter experts, program/project managers, and partners to create and deliver winning proposals. Expected results: Business case and technical solution result in winning proposals.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
