Requirements

  • Experienced Salesforce Account Executive with proven expertise in selling digital transformation services to Enterprise clients.
  • Successful track record selling cloud applications and managed services into Enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to build relationships at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong desire to prospect and close new logo business.
  • Natural curiosity to uncover a client’s pain points, key requirements and implicit needs.
  • High intensity ‘hunter’ with a demonstrated track record of aggressively building pipeline and translating opportunities into closed business.
  • Self-starter with a positive, optimistic attitude.
  • BA/BS degree required or Associates Degree with 5+ years of relevant work and industry experience.
  • 2 years+ outside sales experience with consistent > 100% quota attainment.
  • Success translating customer goals into a sales strategy to support revenue achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Salesforce to identify, qualify, and close new business.
  • Develop relationships and engage with Salesforce sales and sales management.
  • Understand and articulate the company value proposition into specific customer benefits (orally, written, PowerPoint presentation).
  • Engage relevant Pierce Washington resources to support and advance sales cycles.
  • Meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast in Salesforce.com.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
