Account Executive - Sales

About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at Real Geeks. As an AE, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into satisfied Real Geeks customers. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services and guiding potential customers through the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in software sales or real estate technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong customer orientation and empathy, with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, website inquiries, SDR’s, and phone calls.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the goals and requirements of potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Real Geeks' products and services to potential customers.
- Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, emphasizing the benefits and ROI.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads.
- Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to close deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the customer success team for onboarding and ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
