About The Position

Zipline is looking for a motivated Account Executive to grow and support our drone delivery marketplace in Pea Ridge, AR. This is a field-based role that combines sales and partner success. You will build relationships with local restaurants and retailers, close new partnerships, and help those partners launch and grow on Zipline. You will own the partner relationship from the first conversation through onboarding, launch, ongoing support, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through field sales, cold calling and market mapping.
  • Someone who can confidently sell, communicate clearly, and follow through after the deal closes.
  • A motivated, organized relationship-builder who enjoys working in the field.
  • Someone excited by measurable goals and the opportunity to help launch a new way of delivering goods.

Responsibilities

  • Map your local territory, prioritize prospective partners, and manage a pipeline to close restaurants monthly and meet your monthly sales quotas.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, prospect for new partners, and close sales.
  • Learn each partner’s business needs and explain how Zipline delivery can support their customers and operations.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and launch, working with internal teams to make sure they are ready to succeed.
  • Own ongoing partner success by solving problems, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.
  • Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to confirm partner readiness, resolve launch issues, and support a smooth start.
  • Train partner staff on the tools and workflows they need to fulfill Zipline orders.
  • Keep partner records, pipeline updates, and forecasts current, and share local market insights with the team.
