About The Position

Connoisseur Media in Mankato, Minnesota is seeking an Account Executive to sell effective marketing solutions, including radio, event, and digital products and services, to small and regional businesses and advertising agencies. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company and its digital arm, Connrex Digital. This opportunity is suitable for both experienced sales professionals and motivated entry-level candidates eager to learn about sales, radio, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue for the Mankato cluster (KYSM-FM, KEEZ-FM, KRBI-FM, KMKO-FM) and Connrex Digital. Requirements

A minimum of two years of sales experience.
A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Prior industry experience.
