About The Position

Canadian Linen is seeking an ambitious Account Executive (AE) to drive sales and advance within the company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outside the office, possess a competitive spirit, and are strong, influential communicators. As part of a rapidly growing outside sales team, the AE will focus on securing new business and increasing market share. While uniform sales will be the primary focus, the role also involves selling linens and facility services to support company growth and meet increasing demand. Successful candidates will demonstrate tenacity, drive, speed, agility, coachability, adherence to a structured sales process, technological proficiency, customer focus, and the ability to influence and overcome objections.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance and a dependable vehicle
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background Check
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or degree
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight travel and possible travel to the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred
