About The Position

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Denver, CO territory. This role focuses on promoting GCU's Online Division to local community colleges in Denver and neighboring cities. The position offers a starting salary of $75,000 per year with the potential for a six-figure income after 5 years. GCE provides a generous benefits package, including tuition-free education for employees and their dependents. New hire training is conducted in-person at the Phoenix, AZ campus.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.
• No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Clear communication skills (in person, written, and phone).
• Well-developed listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory.
• Building awareness of online academic programs for education, healthcare, and business.
• Driving inquiry generation.
• Shaping high impact partnerships for your territory.
• Executing daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails.
• Providing exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners through various mediums.
• Championing the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
• Using out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process.
• Guiding students towards a successful online learning experience.
