We are hiring an Account Executive to own and grow client relationships across N2’s full range of services: Marketing, IT, and Business Solutions. This role is focused on growth-driven businesses, organizations that have built something real but are now feeling the weight of disconnected vendors, manual processes, and limited visibility into what’s actually working. Think construction companies, HVAC firms, plumbing businesses, landscapers, franchise operators, and similar organizations that have grown through grit but need coordinated support to scale further. These businesses don’t need another vendor. They need one team that understands the full picture and can bring IT, marketing, and operations together. This is not a transactional sales role. You will be a consultative partner who understands how these businesses actually run. You will help owners and operators see the hidden costs of chaos and show them what changes when their IT, marketing, and business operations are managed by one team that actually talks to each other. This role sits within a lean, high-impact sales organization reporting to the Sales Manager. You will ramp under direct mentorship during the first few months, then transition into full ownership of a portfolio of operational business accounts.
