This role is within a rapidly growing Fintech Company, joining a sales team responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales in Accounting and Wealth Management firms. The Account Executive will work with firms new to BILL to identify, understand, and align their current process problems with BILL’s Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions. Account Executives who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for career expansion opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

  • Talented, high performing team player
  • Motivated sales professional with at least 5+ years of experience exceeding quotas in a high volume, high velocity environment
  • A proven hunter and sales professional with a history of driving customer growth and success
  • 3+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a successful track record of consistent quota achievement
  • An experienced professional with a full understanding of the SMB sales process, who can resolve a wide range of problems in creative ways
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise Return on Investment value presentation
  • Ability to work in a virtual home office
  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis
  • Tech savvy - awareness and experience using SaaS applications and translating technical features into business concepts
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual. Persistence and tenacity is key for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience selling to CPAs, Accounting firms, bookkeepers, banking, wealth management and professional service verticals strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales in Accounting and Wealth Management firms
  • Work with firms new to BILL to identify, understand, and align their current process problems with BILL’s Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions
  • Maintain account and opportunity information within internal CRM systems
