The Role Most sales roles chase new logos. This one unlocks the revenue already inside Telnyx's customer base — and there's a lot of it. As a Growth AE (Expansion), you sit at the intersection of SDR and AE. You own pipeline creation within existing accounts, identifying and opening cross-sell opportunities across the Telnyx product stack — Voice AI, WhatsApp, calling, geo expansion, and more — then partnering with Account Executives to co-sell and close. You're not farming. You're hunting inside the base. This role exists because our customers are already building on Telnyx. They trust us. They just don't know everything we can do for them yet. That's where you come in. Why This Role Matters Telnyx's product suite is broad — and most customers are only using a fraction of it. This role is purpose-built to change that. You'll work on a warm base with real relationships, real usage data, and real expansion potential. The upside is there. You just have to go find it.
