About The Position

Easol is seeking an Account Executive for its Music vertical in North America. This role is crucial for a high-growth business at an inflection point for the music industry. The Account Executive will own the North American SME and mid-market music opportunity, responsible for a significant quota and leading the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close. The market includes independent festival operators, regional promoters, boutique event brands, and venues, all underserved by legacy ticketing infrastructure. This position is ideal for a driven individual with a strong track record in sales within the live music industry and B2B SaaS.

Requirements

  • Proven SME / mid-market seller in the live music industry with a strong track record delivering against quota in a high-volume motion.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, marketplace, payments/take-rate, or ticketing/events tech is a plus.
  • North American music and live events expertise, understanding how independent festivals and promoters operate and their revenue streams.
  • Existing relationships within the North American music industry.
  • Commercially sharp and metric-led with discipline in pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM hygiene and deal quality assessment.
  • Comfortable owning outbound prospecting and closing competitive deals.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bias to action, taking ownership, and demonstrating resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Own a multi-million dollar sales quota across North American SME and mid-market music Creators, consistently delivering quarterly targets through disciplined pipeline generation and execution.
  • Run a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion including outbound prospecting, discovery, ROI and take-rate narratives, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage with rigorous CRM hygiene and reliable forecasting.
  • Represent Easol in the North American music scene by traveling, attending industry events, building relationships, and generating market intelligence.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers, well-set expectations, and long-term creator success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product to align on commercial guardrails, campaign activity, and deal structures.
  • Feed market insights back into the business to shape strategy regarding buyer needs, competitor activity, and product gaps.
