The goal of this role is to build and maintain broker relationships for an exceptional experience for our clients. This is achieved through communicating and demonstrating Meritain's total cost of care, through simplicity, transparency and versatility.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years Stop-loss/Self-funded Health Insurance Plan experience
  • Renewal process experience
  • 2-5 years Client Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners (underwriting, sales, operations, business analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external business partners
  • Exhibit consistency in follow through on outstanding items to point of resolution
  • Demonstrate accuracy in information shared internally and externally
  • Ability to participate and/or successfully host client meetings as appropriate
  • Demonstrate adherence to PHI and HIPPA policies
  • Health/Life Major Lines Producer License (or must obtain post-hire within 90 days)
