Position Summary Responsible for account management duties, and business retention metrics for products and services while in support of profitable growth and other business objectives. Supports the strategic business plans for accounts and brokers focusing in on member retention, service clients, and achievement of financial goals. What you will do Manages a portfolio of client accounts in conjunction with an Account Director, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Compiles complex client data, that will focus on account performance to identify opportunities for upselling products Assist the Account Director with account plans and strategies to maximize revenue, mitigate risks, and achieve account growth targets. Participates in routine business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize account outcomes. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align account strategies, deliver value-added solutions, and enhance customer experience. Provide business support for client presentations, RFP's, renewals, and reports to showcase account performance, highlight opportunities, and drive engagement. Performs account management and customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client issues while meeting client expectations and driving customer satisfaction. Identifies and assesses risks within client accounts, helps develop mitigation strategies and action plans to proactively address challenges and ensure long-term success with assigned customers.
