About The Position

Guardian Tax is seeking motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you'll work exclusively with inbound leads, speaking with individuals who are actively seeking help resolving IRS and tax debt challenges. This position is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, overcoming objections, and helping clients find the right solution. Requirements

  • Minimum 6–12 months of phone-based sales experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and close sales
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

  • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
  • Build trust and establish rapport with prospective clients
  • Understand each client's financial situation and identify appropriate solutions
  • Present recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving performance goals
