About The Position

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. Flex enables its users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. The company is looking for motivated individuals to help grow its mission. This role is for an experienced closer who is ready to own their number and build something real, with an entrepreneurial mindset, relentless grit, humility, and curiosity. The role is hybrid out of the Salt Lake City office, requiring 3 days a week in the office. Travel will include company offsites, Sales Kickoff, conferences, and client meetings across the US.

Requirements

  • Practice clear, concise communication

  • Skilled at executing outbound strategies that target property management companies
  • Deep curiosity and love becoming a true expert
  • Enjoy diving into new industries and have a knack for distilling complex info into its core essence to share with others
  • Consistent track record of hitting (and beating) quota and your OTE $
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuinely enjoy figuring things out in the gray areas
  • Build relationships with middle + senior management and ownership quickly and authentically
  • Flexible and adaptive — priorities shift, and you shift with them
  • Thrive both working independently and collaborating with a team
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment and overachieving your goals!

Responsibilities

  • Win new clients, driving revenue and market share across the rental real estate space
  • Manage a robust pipeline in our CRM, keeping it sharp and up to date
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through smart, persistent outbound efforts
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed contract
  • Educate prospective customers on the real value of a Flex partnership
  • Navigate key decision-makers to grow awareness across an organization
  • Negotiate and close new and expansion contracts
  • Collaborate with our Accounts team to shape strategic adoption plans for new customers
