The Account Executive – Tier II (AE II) is an experienced outside sales professional responsible for driving consistent revenue growth through strategic prospecting, pipeline development, and management of complex sales opportunities within an assigned territory. This role requires a higher level of sales proficiency, customer relationship management, and deal progression than Tier I, with a strong focus on maintaining a healthy pipeline and closing business at or above quota. The Account Executive – Tier II (AE II) role represents a mid-level, high-performing sales position within RJ Young’s sales organization. This role is intended for consistently successful Account Executives who demonstrate strong pipeline management, customer retention, and revenue growth.
