  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license (if not, will be required within six months of employment)
  • ARM, CRIS designation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs.
  • Analyze coverage and costs.
  • Prepare insurance market submissions.
  • Coordinate with carriers.
  • Compare program options to develop client recommendations.
  • Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and provide excellent client service.
  • Handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Support the team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Meet all Aon and regulatory compliance requirements.
