As an Account Executive, you will manage and grow a defined territory by cultivating referral partnerships with: Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Hospitals and Health Systems, Case Managers and Discharge Planners, Physician Offices and Specialty Clinics, Home Health Agencies and Community Healthcare Providers. You will serve as the face of Vitality Hospice in the community, driving awareness, education, and referral growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and compassion. This is a field-based healthcare sales role with defined activity expectations, performance goals, and significant growth opportunities.
