About The Position

This role is for closers only, focused on owning and dominating a market. The Account Executive will build pipelines, defend territory, and drive volume week after week. This is a "hunter" role, not for those waiting for referrals. The primary responsibility is to own a territory and grow it by building relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and MAs to drive consistent, high-volume referral flow. The role involves hunting new accounts and securing existing ones, expanding market share by targeting underserved areas. Success relies on using market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to strategically approach accounts. Speed and responsiveness are crucial, ensuring referral partners receive fast responses, smooth intake, and better outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales performance in home health, hospice, SNF, infusion, or a similar market, with verifiable numbers.
  • Existing hospital or clinical relationships that can be leveraged quickly.
  • A competitive drive, with obsessive tracking of personal performance, conversion rates, and high self-imposed standards.
  • Data-driven approach to sales, understanding and adjusting based on performance metrics.
  • Ability to earn clinical trust quickly through real relationships and efficient communication.
  • Desire for coaching and feedback to improve performance.
