About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive specializing in Home Health services to join our team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or related industries such as technology sales or medical services
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, client needs, and competitive landscape effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach through warm calling and networking efforts
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients within the home health sector
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
  • Present tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our home health services
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client relationships

  • Lead technical sales presentations demonstrating the benefits of our solutions in a clear, compelling manner
