The company is currently seeking a Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales Consultant to join their Sales team, responsible for selling their HCM product. They are looking for a driven individual who can help employers find solutions to manage their workforce, confident in consulting and selling impactful business solutions, and motivated by an uncapped commission plan within a company that values its clients like family. The ideal candidate will be adept at finding new prospects and growing the company's market presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in payroll, HCM, HR technology, PEO, benefits, SaaS, or a related industry; or a proven record as a top-performing B2B sales professional.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling payroll, HRIS, workforce management, benefits administration, or HCM solutions.
  • Established local business network and referral relationships.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual quotas.
  • Make consistent daily calls to prospective clients to ensure a steady and full sales pipeline.
  • Build prospect list through cold calling, business development and networking.
  • Strategize and implement activities around finding and obtaining new clients.
  • Create and sustain sales cadence to top prospects.
  • Create on-going referral sources, through attending industry networking events.
  • Build relationship with key influencers within business networks and networking.
  • Take a consultative approach to helping prospective clients streamline the way they manage their employees.
  • Understanding and provide solutions for the life cycle of the employee.
  • Present and sell our HCM solutions consisting of Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, Payroll, Human Resource Information system, Time and attendance, HR Services, Integrations, Expense Management, and Performance Management Solutions.
  • Assist implementation and payroll team in onboarding of new clients.
  • Work closely with other individuals of sales team to create a collaborative and prosperous environment.
