About The Position

IST Management is hiring an Account Executive, Facilities Management sales professional. This role involves training under and working with an IST Senior VP of Sales to drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance. Ideal candidates will be ready to learn and comfortable with cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional to advance their career. Requirements

  • 2-4 years' successful inside sales experience is a plus.
  • No specific prior Facilities Management experience is required.
  • Ready to learn.
  • Comfortable cold calling.
  • Adept at building business relationships that result in new and repeat business.
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including internet savvy, social media skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Legal US authorization to work for any employer and high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance.
  • Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve revenue and activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships.
