About The Position

Healthcare is evolving rapidly, and our healthcare customers look to us for answers. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the primary strategic partner to top health systems, helping them solve their most critical growth and patient acquisition challenges. You will own your territory like your own business, driving pipeline from initial spark to contract signature and positioning our solutions as critical growth drivers at a time when health system margins and financial sustainability matter most.

Requirements

8+ years of enterprise sales experience with proven experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions into large health systems.
Skilled at executive-level discovery, diagnosing core business problems, and selling on business outcomes rather than product features.
A track record of taking personal ownership of pipeline generation and consistently maintaining 3–4x territory coverage.
High accountability for territory planning, accurate pipeline forecasting, and deal discipline.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic rigor with commercial urgency, navigating enterprise healthcare bureaucracy and driving deals to close.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience and a proven track record of success will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Advise on the future of healthcare discovery: Guide healthcare leaders through the digital trust signals that power both traditional search and emerging AI experiences.
Sell business outcomes, not features: Connect Reputation’s capabilities directly to broader patient acquisition, consumer engagement, and growth strategies
Lead with insight: Build value long before a product demo by leading sharp discovery, bringing industry expertise, and helping executives reframe their biggest challenges
Orchestrate the deal term: Partner across SDRs, Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Professional and Managed Services to build confidence, and steer complex sales motions
Execute with discipline: Drive deals across the finish line by using mutual action plans, navigating healthcare procurement, and expertly managing legal and compliance to secure complex, multi-year partnerships.
Drive Relentless Pipeline Momentum: Take direct, personal initiative to generate executive pipeline and inject urgency to ensure steady deal velocity.
