About The Position

We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive with experience selling SaaS solutions into the CPG ecosystem, this includes Food & Beverage, Household Goods, Personal Care Products manufacturing sectors. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing multi-site, multi-year AI and digital transformation projects. This role suits someone who excels in complex solution selling and can navigate large organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience to CPG is required. (mid-market or enterprise).
  • Proven quota achievement and strong enterprise discovery skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts (data, integrations, AI/ML).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data, manufacturing, industrial, or AI solutions is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Build and manage pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Consistently hit activity expectations to support strong pipeline health.
  • Qualify inbound/outbound leads and develop tailored account strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope integrations and AI/ML use cases.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression in a modern CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Build trusted relationships with operations, IT, and executives.
  • Work with CSM and Marketing on handoffs and customer alignment.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across sites and divisions to support revenue growth.
