About The Position

We partner with the world’s leading real estate companies to turn sustainability into an experience that tenants can see, touch, and feel. Through rooftop beehives and educational biodiversity programs, we help our clients meet their environmental goals while engaging communities and strengthening their brands. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Product team, owning the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and close. You’ll engage with major real estate portfolios across North America, the UK, and Europe, and build trusted relationships with ESG and sustainability leaders who are shaping how the industry approaches nature-related reporting. This role is a blend of sales, product, and strategy in one of the most exciting new segments in sustainability tech.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and building trust with multiple stakeholders
  • A high level of curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly (not afraid of reading a 75-page ESG framework)
  • An autonomous and self-directed working style. You thrive with a clear goal and minimal supervision
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures
  • Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to commercial real estate, ESG, sustainability, or related industries
  • Experience selling SaaS, sustainability, data, or PropTech products
  • Familiarity with biodiversity, ESG reporting, or sustainability frameworks
  • Additional languages

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for Alvéole’s Nature & Biodiversity Data product
  • Build relationships with strategic real estate accounts and sustainability leaders
  • Translate complex frameworks (TNFD, CSRD, GRESB) into clear, actionable business value
  • Work closely with the Product team to relay client feedback and shape our go-to-market strategy
  • Represent Alvéole at sustainability and real estate conferences and events
  • Travel regularly to meet key customers or attend industry events
