About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional for a B2B Account Executive role. This position offers unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry with uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help new sales representatives succeed and grow their careers. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected to be around $100,000-$120,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected to be around $132,000-$152,000, with similar earning potential. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
  • Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
  • Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
  • Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
