About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional for a B2B Account Executive role. This position offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Hibu provides best-in-class training to set you up for success. Year 1 on-target earnings are estimated between $100,000-$120,000, with Year 2 projections between $132,000-$152,000, both with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses. The role involves a hybrid sales environment, combining home office and in-field work, and offers clear career paths in leadership and sales with promotion opportunities. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of on-the-job field training and ongoing support. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
