About The Position

Hibu is seeking motivated individuals for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while receiving a base salary and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are estimated between $87,000-$107,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are estimated between $101,000-$119,000, with similar potential for increased earnings. The base salary for this position is $40,000. The training program includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of on-the-job field training, with ongoing company-wide support. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
  • Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed.
  • Earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
  • Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
  • Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.
