This role is for an Account Executive, Advanced Hemostasis and Healing (AHH) in the Abilene, TX territory. Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Surgery is seeking the best talent for this position. The Surgery team is focused on developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, and more personalized treatments, contributing to the treatment of prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Ethicon, part of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, has a long history of contributions to surgery, including the development of sutures and minimally invasive procedures. The AHH Account Executive will own the full range of Ethicon offerings, with a specific focus on growing hemostasis and wound closure platforms. The role involves selling surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers, primarily in an operating room setting, and achieving sales forecasts within an assigned territory. This position requires understanding and demonstrating product usage, managing customer interactions, executing the selling cycle ethically and compliantly, conducting sales presentations, analyzing market data, developing business plans, and building strong customer relationships.
