This role plays a critical part in supporting Account Executives through accurate load coordination, proactive communication, and detailed administrative execution. The position ensures that load data, tracking updates, and documentation are complete and reliable, directly contributing to on-time service, optimized capacity utilization, and efficient billing processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting operational success. This position is onsite Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
