As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities. With the ability to fluently speak both French and English, you will be responsible for controlling and directing all account activities for key customer accounts. You will provide interactive support for outside sales in all aspects of order fulfillment and project management in order to ensure proper flow of information and order accuracy from all internal and external stakeholders. Account management primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and the long-term vision of the company. Candidates for this role will be remote, but must be located in the greater Toronto area.
