Wellcom is looking for an Integrated Account Director to lead client engagements centered around brand, digital marketing, content creation and ROI, with a focus on working closely with internal creative, production and technical teams to plan, brief and organize execution of the work. The ideal candidate would have 7+ years of experience leading larger integrated accounts preferably with retail or DTC experience. We are looking for someone who is strategic, a relationship builder internally and externally, to guide our clients and internal teams to deliver the best results possible. The ideal candidate will have high standards for the quality of the services we provide while managing and growing relationships to drive business.
