We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business leadership, and digital marketing innovation—particularly in industries that demand precision, compliance, and multi-location coordination. Experience in the senior living, healthcare, or multi-location B2C/B2B service sectors is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has led integrated marketing efforts across numerous locations or franchise-style organizations, bringing deep understanding of regional nuances, localized media strategies, and the ability to scale performance across a distributed network. You’ll guide a team of Account Supervisors and Account Managers overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence in execution, solving client business problems, and driving measurable performance against core KPIs. You’ll work closely with Spinutech’s senior leadership, strategists, and channel experts to broker the right agency capabilities across SEO, media, creative, and analytics to deliver holistic, business-driving outcomes. Above all, we’re looking for a collaborative, confident, and curious leader who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and who understands the unique marketing dynamics of multi-location brands—especially within the senior living space. This position is hybrid and can be based out of any of our locations: Dallas, Chicago, Tampa, Des Moines or Cedar Falls, IA
