Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in Account Management within SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses, with a proven ability to grow and retain executive-level relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with private equity and financial services markets.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing expansion deals and driving renewal growth at the executive level.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, crafts executable plans, and delivers results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to ownership and timely follow-through.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and present to clients as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and expand a dedicated portfolio, focusing on client retention and driving the adoption of Intapp solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that translate opportunities into measurable growth.
  • Client Engagement: Lead quarterly business reviews and conduct regular check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps.
  • Client Health Monitoring: Assess client health using quantitative and qualitative metrics, acting proactively to mitigate issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational enhancements.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide insights on capital markets trends and articulate how Intapp addresses these challenges.
  • Outreach Programs: Plan and execute targeted client outreach initiatives and events.
  • Process Improvement: Lead team-level initiatives aimed at improving processes and driving results.
